A more permanent solution for jaw slimming than Botox on the masseter? I am 22 years old and have got this done since age 19.

I heard botox on the masseter can have negative effects long term. I do not have TMJ, but I love my look when I have botox on my masseter. It improves my confidence like nothing else! my face looks slimmer and balanced and I overall look more beautiful. Is there a more permanent or safer solution to slimming out my jaw? I'm not sure getting botox long term is healthy for my jaw, or sustainable. what are the long term negative effects?
