I have an asymmetrical jaw with left jaw bigger than the right one. Is there any way to fix this without double jaw surgery?

Facial asymmetries exist in everyone. Some are related to bone structure, muscle size, or fat dispersion. There's two nonsurgical options you can go with here. You can have Botox injections of your Masseter muscles to reduce the size of one side to appear similar to the other. I would recommend microfat grafting the smaller side. Fat graft offers the precision not easily obtained with implants (which are difficult to place into the jaw area). In some cases, you may need more than one session to get a final, permanent result. Fillers can also be done every two years or so.

Small differences in facial volume are completely normal - usually one side of the face is larger than the other anyways.  In your specific case, you could consider small volume fat grafting to the smaller side, or Botox to the larger side.  Both are ways to achieve a more symmetrical jawline and lower facial shape and each options has its advantages and disadvantages.

I would not suggest rushing into jaw surgery for your facial asymmetry. Without a side view, or look at your occlusion, I cannot fully assess your situation. I would suggest trying a filler along the right side of your jaw first as it is temporary and reasonably safe.
