My left jaw is bigger than the right one.. Im completely happy woith my left side so i want to change right side. What are the options which can add more symmetry to my face.

Answer: Enlarging the smaller jaw I would recommend microfat grafting the smaller side. Fat graft offers the precision not easily obtained with implants (which are difficult to place into the jaw area). In some cases, you may need more than one session to get a final, permanent result. Fillers can also be done every two years or so.

Answer: Asymmetrical Jaw Correction I would not suggest rushing into jaw surgery for your facial asymmetry. Without a side view, or look at your occlusion, I cannot fully assess your situation. I would suggest trying a filler along the right side of your jaw first as it is temporary and reasonably safe.
