One side of my face is much wider than the other. X-rays show the right side of my jaw is more developed. I like my jawline but I wish for more symmetry to match my other side. Would I need my entire chin and jaw redone for this, or would a small amount of shaving on one side of my jaw do the trick? I'm not fond of the overly narrow v-line look, as I feel it doesn't suit me. I'm worried about complications but I'm very tired of my unbalanced face! Maxillofacial surgeons, what would be best?
