Excellent question! 360 lipo alone will make for a smaller waist so it will give you a nicer silhouette, but I believe combining liposuction with BBL would be a better option in your case. Fat grafting to the hips and outer portions of your butt will help accentuate your hip to waist ratio. If your not interested in a bigger butt, the BBL can be performed to improve your butt's shape rather then just increasing it's size.  This will translate to more curves and an even better hourglass shape.Best of luck on yup 360 lipo and BBL,Dr. Miguel Mota

Thank you for your question and pictures. I would recomend you to get a Liposuction with BBL for better results. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for

based on tthese photos you may need skin removal but you for sure need lipo 360 and BBL with fat to the buttock and hips. otherwise you will not see much of a contour change. hormonal therapy will be very important as well to tighten you skin.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

You should do excellent with liposuction of the full abdomen and sides(hips) without needing anything done to the buttocks.  Be sure to avoid general anesthesia since your doc won't be able to stand you up occasionally and fine tune the results. 

Your abdominal wall is protruding anteriorly and liposuction will most likely not correct that.  If you want a more hourglass figure I recommend tummy tuck.  If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement.  The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You are a great candidate for 360 HD Lipo. This procedure will give you the contour and definition needed to get rid of the boxy frame and create the hourglass your want. The decision to do a BBL is a personal choice.

SarahIt appears from your photos that if diet and exercise has failed, you appear to be an excellent candidate for traditional liposuction, still the gold standard. Expert contouring of your abdomen, flanks, back and perhaps medial thighs will improve your regions of concern. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
