3 weeks post-op of breast augmentation, small hole in the end of left breast incision. What is happening? (photos)

You should contact your surgeon to make sure that there is no implant exposure. Right now , the open area does not look bad, but you need to be very careful that the incision does not open further. BE careful with any bra that might be rubbing on the area and do not do heavy lifting or exercises. See your PS for followup.

Thank you for your question. That appears to be a spitting suture. Please bring to your surgeons attention at your routine follow-up visit. I would advise keeping the area clean with hydrogen peroxide and A&D ointment and it should resolve on its own.
