3 week post op after rhinoplasty and I have a huge bump on the bridge of my nose (photo)

I’m starting to get worried about the outcome of my nose. Right when they took the splint off I had this big bump on the bridge of my nose and it’s hardly gone down at all in the past two weeks since then. Im just wondering if it is common to have a bump on the bridge after a rhinoplasty or not and when I should expect the bump to go away....

Hi    In short, yes it has been lowered to much. The tip looks a bit rounded and bulbous as well. The good news is that fixing it would not be difficult for an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Good Luck Dr C

As others have answered, cocaine has the ability to damage nasal tissue. If it doesn't resolve in the next few days, I recommend following up with your Doctor. Hope this helps.
