My daughter's eyes are large and pretty, but one is visibly larger than the other. I'm used to it but for people who don't know her I think it is kind of obvious. Certainly when I see her in a mirror it's accentuated (because I've adapted to it) and looks like a real deformity. Is there any thing a P.S. can do to adjust eye size to make them the same? I'd rather not submit a picture at this time.

You have a beautiful face and slight asymmetry probably due to slight differences in the bony structure. Almost all of us are asymmetric to some degree and what you have will rarely be noticed. I would highly discourage surgery of any kind unless this worsens as you age.
