Is Superior Medicaid in Texas good at paying for breast reduction

DDD -F size depending on weight I go from those sizes! Had broken neck in past and have severe pain in back neck shoulders an taking 3 kinds of meds for chest pain as well . breast are hurting with or without bra... Have doctor working with medicaid but denied and appealed still waiting. Need advice on what I need to do for doctors and what I need for medicaid to pay. I'm in severe pain everyday. What are the regulations for superior medicaid to pay for breast reduction
