Revision not possible because of lack of skin. What are the alternatives? (Photos)

About two years ago I had a tummy tuck with great results. Stitches were pulled after two weeks, but shortly after, the incision opened and took 6 months to heal. The scar widened and had some adhesions that looked like fused skin after a burn. Additionally, there was a dog ear and chubby flanks. My surgeon did a small revision under local, he cut out and sewed up two big circular scar parts and did lipo to the flanks. Unfortunately, the result is still not really improved. He suggested doing a revision under general anesthesia, cutting out the entire scar and doing another round of lipo to the flanks and a correction to the dog ear. As I moved cities I went to a different surgeon for a consult and he and his partner advised against a scar revision as there was only dermis and muscle under it, with barely any fat tissue, and the skin was so tight there would not be enough skin to cut out, pull, and close the incision anew. They suggested doing light therapy or laser/fraxel treatment to the scar to improve the appearance. While fat transfer was also an option it wouldn't work due to the compression on the incision from the garment. They briefly floated expanders to stretch the skin but said this wasn't really feasible, because the skin would so quickly pull away again in surgery. I was wondering if the surgeons on this board have any other ideas or procedures that I am unaware of. A skin graft from my thigh or elsewhere is not attractive to me. Thank you!
