Belotero before fractional laser or laser then filler for atrophy?

Hi there! Would it be wise to get Belotero before fractional laser resurfacing (CO2) or would it be best to do laser then filler? The filler is for atrophy from a cortisone injection. The laser is to smooth out my skin and decrease the appearance of mild-medium acne scarring. Thank you so much!
