Infraorbital swelling and Tyndall discoloration due to inappropriate filler placement, overfilling or filler displacement is typically treated with the filler dissolving enzyme, hyaluronidase, as has been done here already. However, if the swelling is due to lymphatic obstruction, i.e. lymphedema, as may be the case here, the problem usually requires more aggressive treatment and multiple treatment sessions that include not only hyaluronidase, but additional anti-inflammatory agents, in varying concentrations and amounts. Jumping to ablative procedures, such as the CO2 laser in hopes of tightening the skin and pushing down the protrusion is not unreasoanable, but runs the risk of leaving visible scarring of the skin in a very prominent location. You would be wise to consult with a board certified, cosmetic dermatologist first to discuss the above before jumping to what I would consider a measure of last resort. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
