How long do you have to wait after a BBL to get a round two BBL?

Having the BBL done a second time is an option as long as the patient has enough fat to be transferred.You will usually need at least 3 months before getting a revision.  The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon.  The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same.

you should be fully healed from your first surgery before you get another elective procedure. Most plastic surgeons will recommend you to wait at least 6 months. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Typically, 3 months would allow for the swelling to subside and fat resorption to take place, as regular liposuction may eliminate up to 50% of your fat deposits. You need to wait some time for the initial surgical inflammation to subside. In my practice I wait 3 or more moths before performing a second BBL and have found this period to be satisfactory.
