My right hips and bum are uneven. I'm 8 weeks post op and most doctors says this is pretty close to your final result. My stomach is very bumpy and my love handles are coming back. Will a lipo revision be the best thing to do? I don't think I want to do a BBL round 2, as I don't want a bigger bum. Will gym and diet improve my result better than a revision? I feel sad that I need to work out so hard at the gym to get the result I want when others get it from BBL.

Hello, thank you for your question. Too early to judge on the final result, you are still at the healing stage. This will take two or three months to settle, wait until then to determine if you want to consider a revision.
