One side of my lower butt cheek is flat after the skin softens will it even out, if not can fillers help even out?
Answer: Flat lower butt cheek after BBL Although it is not clear how far out postop you are, it is likely not to fill in anymore over time. Nonetheless, if it remains a concern after another 2 to 3 months then you may want to consider alternative options. Usually in this case the only reliable, guaranteed, permanent way to obtain more projection in the middle and/o lower buttock is with buttock implants. Glad to be of help.
