I did my rhinoplasty last August past 6 months and my nose still looks deviated unfortunately my surgeon is super unhelpful am wondering if that is asymmetrical healing or is my nose deviated I notice bumps on the sides that is soft (not bone) and the size depends but it is hard to breathe from one side as my nostrils are uneven. Would a steroid injection be helpful now? (I have thick skin should I wait?) I appreciate you taking your time to answer.

Answer: When is the right time to consider revision rhinoplasty?
Hi @kamrynduplessis. I recommend seeing a revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. During surgery the area can be shaved down with the help of piezo surgery and other techniques. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
