Your nose may still have some swelling, and it will still change. But if after a full year you still have bumps or a deviated septum, you may consult with a surgeon to determine if you are a candidate for revision rhinoplasty, which is an even more complex procedure than primary rhinoplasty.

I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon at that point, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Such experts will have a deep understanding of the aesthetic and functional elements of the nose while having an eye for symmetry and balance. Your surgeon will evaluate your nose, determine your eligibility for revision rhinoplasty, and ensure the best possible results.

Asymmetry after rhinoplasty is common if you had asymmetry before surgery. Your result is pretty good and I would wait a full year before considering a revision. Your revision would be pretty straightforward but you may need the bones broken again. Also the breathing could be corrected simply with turbinate reduction. You might want to look that up and mention it to your surgeon.

For my opinion, you have still septum deviation . If that bothers much you need a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage.
