I don't like how my upper lip is always tucked under and there are some asymmetries in my upper lip that are especially noticeable when talking (one side doesn't lift as high and has less volume). I've done filler and botox lip flip and though they've improved my upper lip I don't think it's enough. Would an upper lip lift help balance my upper lip and make it less tucked in and more symmetrical?

The best way to shorten the philtrum would be a lip lift. However, you are showing several millimeters of incisor show already. This will show even more and you may be dissatisfied. You may want to consult with a cosmetic dentist about shorten the length of your teeth.

Right after surgery, the lip lift results in swelling, which may stiffness the appearance of the upper lip but it returns to normal in one month.
