Protruding vein on my temple after filler - what could this be? (photos)

I had filler in my checks 3 months ago and I now have a protruding vein on my temple. The filler used was Revolax. The vein wasn’t noticeable at first and sometimes is more noticeable than others. I don’t have any pain or anything.
