How can I fix my split lip from from previous lip fillers? (Photo)

I received Restylane & Juveederm in my lips for the last 4 years. Slowly over time I noticed my lip on the right side (left side in picture) started to "split." I had filler injected in that gap but it didn't get filled for some reason, my lip just kept splitting. I then had hyaluronidase injected to try to even out my top lip but that was only a temporary fix. Eventually my lip started to split again. How can I fix this without surgery?

thank you for the pictures. its possible you might need a few injections of Hyaluronidase enzyme to soften the scar. but best would be to have your self evaluated in person for a better answer to your question. I have released this type of scar with a minor surgical procedure which usually take a few days to heal. and it gets better for good.

question and thanks for the photos as well. You need to be evaluated by a board-certified
dermatologist or plastic surgeon to determine what is truly going on with your
lips and what might be the best treatment option for you to correct the
situation. If there is a scar there, then that can be dealt with. If there is
another issue, it can be diagnosed and perhaps treated. Again, this needs
further evaluations.
