Im 37 im startinf to have a mild elasticity issues especially around the mouth and jawline nothing major id like to see if this treatment is safe and helpful.

There should be no difference in the sensation you experience during the Venus Freeze/Legacy treatment based on your skin type. It is important that the hand piece is moved at a constant pace. It is also possible to lower the radio frequency level to avoid burning during the treatment.

There are other options for noninvasive such as liposonix or coolsculpting, if you are a candidate for them.  even in the best cases, expectation from noninvasive treatments should be roughly 15-20% in a treatment or series of treatments.  you may do better with just liposuction/body...
