Hi doctors ! Hope you all well . I’d like to contour my jawline and chin . how much of radiess I need based on my attached pictures ? Also would defining my jawline help in enhancing my profile and neck ?

Thank you for the photos, normally it would take about 1-2 syringes of Radiesse. However, kybella is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. I recommend a combination approach with thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is the best alternative for contouring the chin. Botox in combination with rf treatments can be used to slim and shape the jawline as well. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Radiesse is a good filler to use to define and contour the jawline and chin and it can help to balance the profile.  I would say you would need 1-2 syringes of Radiesse to augment your jawline and chin.  It is always possible to do one syringe first and add another later if more is desired.

I like using Radiesse to strengthen the jawline and enhance the male neck. Given your photos. I would recommend one syringe on each side.
