I would like to reduce the size of my eye lid or maybe make them more almond shaped what would be my best option?

Best to have personal consultation for proper eye evaluation and discuss of options. You have prominent eyes and lateral lower lid retraction. Surgery is possible to make eyes more almond shaped and it may require combination of orbit and eyelid surgery.

You have a natural eyelid shape. There are some options to address the position of the eyelid, the crease, and the shape of the eye, however some options are riskier than others for people without functional issues. It is best to have an in-office examination to see which procedures if any (lid tightening, crease tightening etc) will be able to achieve your goals SAFELY without compromising your function or overall appearance. Hello karl1994,Yes you can achieve more almond shaped eyes. Every surgery comes at a risk. Lifting your lower eyelids is a simple outpatient surgery. This is assuming there is nothing else going on with your orbit. My suggestion is to seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have this discussion. Cheers
