I have had these marionette lines for several years and now I’m starting to get jowls. I’ve tried Botox and fillers with some limited success. I wold prefer not to do a lower face lift yet if I have other viable options but if nothing else will really work I’m willing to consider it.

Based on the photo, you may benefit from filler injection to the temple. I prefer to use Sculptra Aesthetic when treating the temple. It will enhance the shape of your face and probably raise your eyebrows as well. It should not have any other affect on the appearance of your eyes.
