Your surgical repair after an otoplasty should be relatively firm at 8 weeks post op however I would avoid all possible trauma for at least 3 months. You do not want to undo your plastic surgeons work.
Since each otoplasty can be different, it would be best to ask the surgeon who did your surgery. In general your healing should be far enough along after 2 months that some trauma or ear pulling should be OK.

After 2 years I would expect that most of the issues would be resolving. Its probably a lack of blood flow to the area. Options include allowing it to granulate and then place a graft over it. You could also rotate some healthy tissue over it to help with the blood flow.
This should be fine. In face you should see how your ears are doing to make sure there is no increase in blood accumulation or the ears are being wrapped too tight.
