The CDC website provides the most current recommendations for those with COVID19. It is best if you have a negative test and your symptoms have completely resolved prior to scheduling a filler/Botox appointment. I would suggest calling your injector as facility policies may vary.
Everyday there are new recommendations and guidelines. Currently, it is recommended to wait 10-14 days after a positive covid test and after symptoms have resolved.

The effects of Botox will gradually wear off over three to four months. Your lips will return the look you had prior to injection. Contact your injector for an evaluation of the crease that bothers you. Depending on the type/location a touch up may improve it.
