I have been wearing 47 spf everyday for the past two years. I am very expressive in my forehead and I worry this will be even deeper as I get older no matter what I do with sunscreen because I am extremely expressive. is it a bad thing to do botox at this young of a age?

Answer: Forehead lines You are doing the right thing by wearing sunscreen every day. This is a key anti-aging routine. You can use Botox preventatively on your forehead. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products.

Answer: Botox at a young age Hi, thanks for your question. Botox is a treatment to minimize but also prevent fine lines and wrinkles, so it would be totally fine for you to get Botox at this age. That said, in order to maintain your result you need to retreat the area every 3-4 months, so it is a bit of a commitment. At the same time, if you try Botox and decide it's not for you, you can always discontinue treatment and your face will return to what it looked like before treatment. Botox has been on the market for a very long time and is extremely safe and effective. You don't have to worry about any consequences later, but rather a visible reduction in the fine lines and wrinkles you may otherwise have had. Just be sure to go to a certified clinic where injectors are properly trained and have a lot of experience and excellent technique when it comes to Botox. I would also book an in person consultation with your Botox provider in order to assess whether this is the right treatment for you and your goals.
