Dermal Fillers
Q I think I need more than fillers for my hollow under eyes, any suggestions? (Photos)
A

Hello. Thank you for your question. There are a few different things that you need to do to help with this area. First, the darkness is usually pigment, and can be corrected with a high quality, medical grade eye cream. Next, the only permanent way to fill your tear trough hollows is with a fat transfer, and even with this some of the fat will naturally die off. Tear troughs can also be filled with dermal fillers that last about 9 months in the area.

Voluma
Q Would midface filler (IE Voluma) help with my nasolabial lines? (Photo)
A

Hello. Thank you for your question. I think volume in your midface would definitely be beneficial for you. It is hard to tell from your pictures but you may also need volume in your temples as well. This can help lift your lower face and also help improve your nasolabial folds.
