I have very faint broken capillaries around my nose. I doubt anyone else notices, but they're driving me crazy. I have a few questions; can a laser treatment make them worse? I have injections on my leg veins and they got darker so I'm paranoid. If untreated, will they get worse over time? What causes them? I'm religious about sunscreen and use gentle skin care. I had nosebleeds everyday for 15 years, not sure if the pressure from stopping them or allergies could do it?
