I absolutely loved my experience here!! Dr. Oleszek was amazing and so detailed!! I am somewhat new to Denver and I was worried that I would not be able to find a Provider that I could trust... I will be a forever client!! The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! I would recommend this business to everyone!!!
Dr. Oleszek is the type of doctor you trust and feel like you can ask any questions. He really cares about your concerns and works with you until your satisfied. I have been seeing him for over 3 years for a variety of cosmetic services, such as sclerotherapy, IPL, and filler, and he is always kind, patient, and honest. I highly recommend him!
Dr Oleszek is absolutely phenomenal. I have been his patient/client since 2007 for injectables and skin care. He is kind, open, professional and delivers the MOST beautiful results every time. He is a true artist. His staff is INCREDIBLY KIND,knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend his clinic and services. I am a LIFELONG client. I will never let anyone else inject my face except Dr O!
Sometimes after surgery new blood vessels are formed during the healing process. Using a vascular lasers are a precise and effective means of treating those vessels.
If a patient says they liked the results of volumizing with PRF. Then I would think volumizing with a longer lasting product would be my first choice. I would only add Endolift to decrease the heavy lower face or to tighten skin, but volumizing would be the first step. Many products can be used from HA fillers to collagen stimulators to Fat transfer or Renuva.I would discuss these options with the patient to see what the best fit is.
I have seen Dysport treatments to the crow's feet affect the cheeks, especially if the cheeks have previously been revolumized with a filler. The crows feet muscle, the orbicularis oculi, is one of the main muscles that gives elevation of the cheek upon smiling. When Dysport is used to treat the crow's feet it can decrease the lifting of the cheek giving a less attractive 'apple' of the cheek. Sometimes revolumizing the cheek with filler can exacerbate the hollow under the eyes as well. When this happens, I usually blend the cheek to the lower eyelid with Restylane to decrease the undereye hollow. And I decrease the crow's feet Dysport dosage to maintain the orbicularis oculi lifting of the cheek upon smiling. Ken Oleszek, MDLa Fontaine AestheticsDenver, Colorado
It sure does look like the left side of your face has a different post reaction! Yes, it will heal. I know its only the left now, but redness usually means more collagen production. After heavy resurfacing lasers the redness can last upto 6 months - but usually fully resolves. For patients like you - we use red light - low level laser for healing and sometimes even a photo facial to calm it down sooner. I tend to avoid steroid creams unless I'm worried about scarring - it can exacerbate the flushing. And Oxygenetix makeup is great for after laser treatments. Alcohol after laser treatments may make the redness worse and could dry out your skin. Only more than moderate alcohol or chronic alcoholism will slow the healing process. I usually allow 1-2 glasses of wine the night of the Halo laser treatment if they desire.Ken Oleszek, MDLa Fontaine AestheticsDenver, CO
