I recently got PDL for some spider veins. I was told that this would close the veins and coagulate the blood in them. Its been 10 days since the procedure, and Ive noticed no improvement. I understand this is fnormal, but what concerns me is that when I push down on the veins they go away, which signifies to me that they are not coagulated or closed and that blood is still flowing. Am I missing something? Also, why are multiple treatments often needed, do veins not close the first time? Thanks!
