Hi, I'd like to achieve the result in the attached morph, I'm not interested in a chin implant and I have a class one occlusion so BSSO alone won't do it... it's either sliding genioplasty, double jaw surgery or a combination. Is this really feasible with a sliding genioplasty plus HA paste for the step off and mentolabial fold, or am I expecting too much, would jaw surgery be required? Thank you for your input.

Your intuition is correct, you need both bone and soft tissue reduction. This can be ideally done from a submental approach where both excessive tissues can be removed.
