I had a sliding genioplasty performed by a surgeon in the Dallas/Fort Worth area around 2009. I am still bothered by my "weak" profile, skin under my chin, and full cheeks. I'm 5'7'', and my weight stays pretty stable around 135 lbs. I returned to the surgeon, who suggested I undergo a revision genioplasty. The recovery was tough the first time, so I am looking to avoid another genioplasty. Any other suggestion? Fillers, chin implant, liposuction, etc. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your pictures. There is little that can be done about reducing the soft tissue of the chin. The bony chin can bed reduced to give the chin a smaller appearance.
Thank you for your pictures. There are several ways to diminish the appearance of your chin. Reducing the chin is one way. A personal consultation would go a long way to getting the most appropriate treatment for you.
Thank you for you pictures. Your facial profile looks good to me. If you desire a smaller dimension to your chin then a reduction genioplasty may be appropriate but it depends on your exam and expectations.
