What are non invasive skin tightening options for my abdomen? (photo)

Question

I am looking for stomach skin tightening options. I had my daughter when i was 18 and have hated and hidden my stomach ever since. I have quite a few stretchmarks but mainly would like to tighten the skin especially around the belly button. I do not want a tummy tuck full stop. I am not looking for or expecting miracles.. just some improvement. Based on my pic is there realistically anything other than tummy tuck that can help me? Thanks in advance :)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

While I would need to see you in person to create the precise treatment plan that would work best for you, I do think you have some excellent options to firm up your midsection. First, you may need some liposuction to remove stubborn areas of fat that have not come off with the rest of the baby weight. You probably need some sort of skin removal to be happy, but this really just depends upon your expectations. There are limitations to any of these less invasive procedures with regard to skin improvement.BodyTite is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues; it can be done in conjunction with or without liposuction. In truth, non-surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Thanks for the photograph. Your abdomen is slim and I understand that you do not like the looseness of skin around the belly button.
In my opinion non surgical rejuvenation techniques may not give you the desired outcome of complete skin tightening. 
Surgery to my mind should be considered as the primary option as healing is good and the long abdominoplasty scar sits low and heals really well. 
I would definitely reconsider your decision if possible as the effects of a good tummy tuck would certainly address a lot of issues.

Thanks for the question. The best option is to see a board certified dermatologist who offers these procedures. Noting substitutes an in person consultation. As said by other doctors here - surgery is the best option but if you are certain this is not for you Many non invasive treatments exist. However, none have been compared head to head with each other so it is hard to say which ine is best. In the end, The most important factor is who operates the machine! There are also some studies showing that hydration is key for the success of the procedure. Furthermore, we are increasingly finding that other factors - like your metabolic rate and thyroid function may contribute to the success of treatments and as such this should be optimized before treatment.
