Uneven nipple, will it correct itself & will pleating & redness go? (photos)

Dear Mia11As a general rule, with breast surgery, it takes at least 3 months for near final shape and position. It takes near 6 months for the scar to mature and scar redness and pigmentation to stabilize. A hematoma/revision will increase this time significantly. The pleating will likely go away however your nipple/areola asymmetry has to stabilize and then you will decide if it's symmetry is satisfactory, both in shape and location. For now, be patient, they look great. Follow your surgeons instructions and enjoy the results!!

final breast augmentation results. The
pleating around your nipple, as well as the redness of your scars, will soften
and fade away over the next 6-12 months.
Try to be patient. You look like
you are going to get a very nice result from your procedure. If you still have concerns, schedule an
appointment with the plastic surgeon that performed your breast augmentation,
for further evaluation. 

Thank you for your question and photos.  The pleating around the nipple will resolve with time.  The redness is the scar as it heals, the color will begin to diminish around 3-4 months out from surgery.  The asymmetry will likely persist and you may need a small in-office revision to make them more symmetric.  This is not unusual after a lift and augmentation.
