Hello, I understand your concerns about trying to avoid repeated procedures . Many others request the same. Let me help you by clarifying this issue. I recommend only filler injections and not fat . I am a plastic surgeon and I perform both , but for undereye are I recommend only filler injection. Reason is that undereye are is very delicate and fat may enlarge in future with weight gain , making it bulge out. Once such bulge forms it can be removed only by surgery . Good news is that fillers last really long in undereye area. I use juvederm ultra plus XC and I see that it lasts upto 2 years in under eye.
