If someone chooses to have a FreeFat Transfer/Stem cell phalloplasty procedure; which of the following methods give the most consistent results(to decrease risk of lumps, increase blood supply,and reduce fat reabsorption)...1)centrifuge or filtration 2)if centrifuging does it matter what kit is used? 3) should PRP be used 4) is staging better than overfilling 5) does injecting fat with carbon dioxide increase the survival

This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. I suggest you see an expert this often needs surgical removal, but RF treatments and 5fu injections with or without steroids can sometimes help.  Best, Dr. Emer.
