Biceps too big from fat grafts? Need help.

Hi! So 2 yrs ago I had a fat transfer into my biceps.Over time they got too bigand uneven. I had bicep lipo to take out some fat, but she said the fat was inside the muscle and the best she cud do is take out the minimal fat directly under the skin, not in and under the muscle. The final resul had no change, I see no difference :( PLEASE can anyone advise on how to reduce bicep size for this case? Can I do coolsculpt on each bicep and have it melt away some fat evenly WITHOUT affecting muscle?
