I had a rhinoplasty to straighten a very slight bump from my nose. I’m two weeks post operation and I really hate the results. I now have a very short, pig nose which doesn’t suit my face. I wanted something very subtle which I specified at every consultation. Will my tip drop? I know it’s early but I had no bruising and very little face swelling so I feel like I heal quickly. What will my options for revision be?

However, if after a year you decide to have a revision, please make sure you seek a board certified surgeon with extensive experience in revision rhinoplasty. You might benefit from tip defining procedures using either cartilage grafting or suturing techniques that would harmonize your nose and create a more natural, elegant look.

Based on your photos, unless your nose was lengthened and de-rotated at the septum, I don't think it will get significantly better. Answer: It is too early to panic 2 weeks is nothing when it comes to rhinoplasty. It takes one year and some more to get final outcome. I think that you will be alright. Relax.
