Had Vaser Lipo 3 weeks ago, can I go swimming?

Hi I'm 49 had vaser liposuction 3 weeks ago can i go swimming soon also,, I'm wearing a shaper from Marks and Spencer with a corset 24 hours a day it's bit tight sometimes do you think I'm doing to much would it be OK with the shaper I've had upper tummy and lower tummy,, I do a lot off walking 2 days after surgery and walking every day since is swimming ok and what about the gmy
