What surgery will I need to reduce the forehead bossing? (Photo)

I have really prominent forehead bossing which has been causing me more and more distress with age as I have been bullied for it and I'm anxious to go out because of this problem. Which surgery will be best to reduce this and will I ever be able to have a normal forehead? I appreciate any help, Thanks.
