Small hole in intraoral suture from chin implant. (photo)

2 months after chin augmentation via intraoral way, there appeared ( well I've noticed) small hole in surure, about 4 mm ... i feel and hear cracking air bubbles in my lower lip while talking. i think that air could get there by the small hole in suture. Should it be restitched? Could it be problem?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having.  This is related to weakness of the nerves to your lower lip muscles.  The good news is that >90% of the time it will correct itself over the course of 3-4 months.

Silastic chin implants can easily and safely be removed at anytime. In looking at the photos that you provided the implant does provide you with a more balanced facial appearance. I would suggest waiting until the swelling diminishes before making such a quick decision. You might want to ask...
