Very short torso with naturally high breasts - how much will these textured implants drop? 4 days p.o.

Finally bit the bullet and had my surgery 4 days ago- over the moon with my results thus far. I 405cc TSM inspira implants under the muscle full lift & small reduction of 105cc in one and 135cc in other. I am 5 ft5 but I have a very short torso so the distance from my collarbone to nipple is close anyway. They are very high- sternal botch is bruised! Now, How much will these drop? Do textured implants even drop? Or will I always have quite a lot of upper pole? Not complaining just wondering?
