2 weeks post-op, what is the risk in lifting more than 10 lbs after breast augmentation?

I am 2 weeks post breast augmentation with a full anchor lift. I have two small kids and am a stay at home mom. I am doing my best not to lift more than 10 lbs, but even going grocery shopping I’m sure I’m doing more than I should. What is the risk of lifting more than 10?
