How can I get rid/remove of the fat under my lower lip? (photos)

I have never met a person with lips like mine. The fat/bump under my lower lip seems to be attached with my lip. I am very self conscious about it, is there something i could do to reduce it/remove it? preferably a non-surgical way, but whatever it takes. Thank you.

Yes, there are several methods that I use. You can "customize" the shape as well as height and fullness. I can even do this usually under a local anesthetic as an outpatient.
