How can I get rid/remove of the fat under my lower lip? (photos)

I have never met a person with lips like mine. The fat/bump under my lower lip seems to be attached with my lip. I am very self conscious about it, is there something i could do to reduce it/remove it? preferably a non-surgical way, but whatever it takes. Thank you.

The deep crease under your lip is a common attachment, the labiomental fold. One no surgical option is to add filler to the crease. Filling the valley makes the lip/chin less prominent in a relative way.
