You have a widened, depressed, vertical scar which would need scar revision. The direction of the scar is not ideal but choosing the correct revision techniques you could achieve an excellent result. Simply put it would it would require an irregular Z- plasty revision. The healing takes several months for the final camouflage to achieve the desired result but concealers can cover the normal redness during healing. See an experienced PS.
