This can be improved with a combination approach with lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You have a widened, depressed, vertical scar which would need scar revision. The direction of the scar is not ideal but choosing the correct revision techniques you could achieve an excellent result. Simply put it would it would require an irregular Z- plasty revision. The healing takes several months for the final camouflage to achieve the desired result but concealers can cover the normal redness during healing. See an experienced PS.

You have a scar depression, the scar needs to be removed and the areas adjacent brought back together. This will leave a line, but no depression,

You do need to discuss this in great detail with a Specialist. Excision of the scar will leave you with a fine oblique line, however the depression will be corrected. Another option is filler- this will improve the depression, however the procedure is technique dependent and care must be taken for fillers in this area due to the arterial supply of your forehead.
