Bumps on chin that won't go away? (Photos)

Ive had these bumps on my chin goin on about 15 years. I once went to a dermatologist about 5 years ago and she suggested a kenalog shot. It was just too expensive for me at the time. I also googled about the use of botulinum toxin.. not sure if that would work so i want a professional opinion. The bumps/scarred tissue wont pop or bust. They are just there.

Thank you for posting your question. Scars resulted from ear piercing are not uncommon and can be improved through excision, laser, or a combination of treatment. You can get your ears re-pierced after the scars have healed. Best of luck.
