Bumps on chin that won't go away? (Photos)

Ive had these bumps on my chin goin on about 15 years. I once went to a dermatologist about 5 years ago and she suggested a kenalog shot. It was just too expensive for me at the time. I also googled about the use of botulinum toxin.. not sure if that would work so i want a professional opinion. The bumps/scarred tissue wont pop or bust. They are just there.

I would use a combination of TCA Cross, ematrix RF, and Melapeels to help reduce the scars on your nose. TCA Cross works well for these ice pick scars. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
