how much would it cost for a hair transplant if i wanted to lower my hairline ?
Answer: Cost for a Hair Transplant It is a question with multiple answers. Basically, the cost of a hair surgery depends on couple of criterieas. - Dr's and clinic experience in this field. - Where the clinic is located as the labor and other costs are different in each country. - The difficulty of your case. Apart from all price should not be your only concern. Of course it is also a budget issue but please do not forget that it is your health and physical appearance that you are risking. In my practice, average hair surgery cost roughly between 1850-3750 Euro range and it includes the travel package such as accommodation, local transfers, and language assistance.

Answer: Cost of hair transplant is dependent on number of grafts I depends on the number of grafts that will be needed to achieve the look you desire. Cost can vary greatly. When considering a hair transplant you should consider the quality of work before you consider the cost. You can get a cheap hair transplant but if it turns out looking really bad or even horrific, you may end up spending even more money to correct it. If it's a real hack job, then you may never be able to achieve the results you originally wanted.Book an appointment with a hair transplant doctor who will give you an exam and a diagnosis. He will also tell you if you are a candidate for hair transplant surgery. Again, find a doctor with a good reputation and who consistently achieves great results.Remember: Quality over quantity (of dollars spent).

Answer: Scar(s) in the donor area are more visible if you have a short hair style. I advise non-surgical hair restoration for you A receding hairline is an ongoing process. You don’t know the rate your hairline recedes so you have to think about what will happen after you have hair transplant. You can’t continue transplanting hair because of the limited donor area or the permanent zone where hair doesn't thin. In addition, people of African descent that wear short hair like you, may have scars on the donor area regardless of the technique whether through follicular unit extraction (FUE )or follicular unit transplant (FUT). There are medical options that help stabilize the progression of your hair loss. There are two drugs that are currently FDA approved in the United States for hair loss: one is finasteride which is a pill that you take daily, and minoxidil which is a topical that you apply daily. Finasteride works by inhibiting an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. This is an enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is responsible for hair thinning in DHT-sensitive hairs. Unfortunately, finasteride can have long-term sexual side effects even after taking the drug has stopped. In our practice, we have developed a treatment called Hair Regeneration. This is a real change in the approach to the treatment of hair loss and is an alternative to surgery and daily medication. Hair Regeneration is a treatment which involves an injection of a material called extracellular matrix (ECM) combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Many people confuse platelet-rich plasma as a standalone treatment. From my experience, platelet-rich plasma does not stop hair loss on its own. We use it as a way to enhance the process. The key to our treatment is the extracellular matrix. This is a wound healing material that has remarkable abilities. I use it every day in my full body cosmetic surgeries in addition to hair loss. We even helped rebuild cartilage outside of the body for a man who lost part of his ear from melanoma. This represents the next level of medical care which involves stem cell therapy. This is the adult stems that already live in your body that are recruited as part of wound healing. Through Hair Regeneration, we are able to treat close to 100% of patients who come for male pattern hair loss. We get significant results that, depending on the time they come, exceed the results of hair transplant surgery. Timing is important so the earlier someone has the treatment, the better it is for them. If someone has thinning hair or receding hair, then we treat first with Hair Regeneration and wait 12-18 months to see what type of results we get before even discussing hair transplant surgery. The challenge that we see constantly are people who are desperate because they had a hair transplant 5-10 years ago and now they have hair plugs. This is because the existing hair that was there at the time of the transplant since disappeared, so the patient only has the hair grafts left. They have less donor hairs available for further transplantation. I suggest that you learn more about your alternative options. You may want to consider trying medical therapy first and then consider Hair Regeneration as an option. I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck, and thank you for your question. The price range varies from 2-10$ per graft depending upon the experience of the surgeon and the part of the world where you want to undergo.
