Port wine stain - left cheek (beard transplant?)

Question

I have a port wine stain that covers the entire right side of my cheek and neck. I have had laser treatment on it throughout my life. I am now 23 and cannot grow facial hair at all on that side of my face. Is there anything I can do to create a beard on that side?

Beard hair is a genetic trait.  If lasers have destroyed your hair follicles, you can't grow a beard with medication.  One option may be a hair transplant.
