Is it normal to have crazy back pain with and without your faja after 6 weeks after tummy tuck and BBL?

I went to the DR to have tummy tuck and bbl. To drain fluids they’d put a needle in one of my back insions and drain my fluid like that. Ever since those massages I’ve been in some crazy pain! Especially when I take my faja off I feel like my back is breaking and my belly is ripping!!!
