Which method of liposuction gives the best results?

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.

Thank you for your question.It is not clear if you want liposuction for further fat removal or for improvement of post liposuction irregularities. As far as fat removal is concerned the best treatment is more surgeon dependent than technology dependent. We do VASER, Micro Cannula, Water Jet and Traditional Tumescent Liposuction depending on the situation. For post liposuction deformities, I prefer gentle liposuction, some redistribution of fat and some autologous fat injection depending on the deformity.
