Which method of liposuction gives the best results?

Hello I urgently need professional advice. I have had traditional liposuction twice and have been left with uneven lumps and bumps (7years ago) I dont know which method to go for now...it is very confusing..which method to go for now. Please advise? Areas previously treated(calves,inner thigh ,outer thigh,knees,buttocks,hips)

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.

Thank you for your question.It is not clear if you want liposuction for further fat removal or for improvement of post liposuction irregularities. As far as fat removal is concerned the best treatment is more surgeon dependent than technology dependent. We do VASER, Micro Cannula, Water Jet and Traditional Tumescent Liposuction depending on the situation. For post liposuction deformities, I prefer gentle liposuction, some redistribution of fat and some autologous fat injection depending on the deformity. You should find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area who has experienced in this problem. All The Best !

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. SAFE liposuction is best for correcting contour deformities regardless of the technique of the original liposuction.
SAFE is an acronym for Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization.  
The first step -- Separation, involves the use of a basket tip cannula to separate tissue planes and disrupt scar tissue.  The second step, aspiration, involves removal of undesired fat.  The final step, Fat Equalization, redistributes fat to smooth contours.  The last step is analogous to using a rake to create a smooth surface on sand.
SAFE liposuction refers to a technique and it is not a technology.  In our practice, Power Assisted Liposuction (PALS) is used with variously sized basket tipped cannula to achieve SAFE liposuction results.
