FUE hair transplant - 2 months post-op. Will my hair grow?

I had FUE (1100 grafts) on my temples and I'm now 2 months post op. One side is growing new hairs but my other side only half of it has grown and I'm thinking why is hair pushing through everywhere else except that part. Will it eventually come through?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Fasting is not good for wound healing.

We typically advise our SmartGraft patients to use baby shampoo for the first 10 days post procedure because of the lack of alcohol in the product. We do not want to dry the new hair follicles out etc...

FUE is just a harvesting method.  It does not relate to results.  If you want to keep your hair very short you may want the FUE.Discuss your goals and expectations with your doctor and have a long term plan.  Even with STRIP or FUE method you will need more than one surgery to achieve your goal...

Smoking is not generally recommended after surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to check with your doctor or quit smoking.Nicotine itself is not the issue.

Donor hair can be harvested from almost any part of the body but it does not mean it will look natural.  Leg hair is not typically a good source for donor hair.
